Party Decorations
I created a design plan inspired by all the bright colors in each of the characters and used actual multi colored candy in all the decor . I totally scored at Michaels who had a line of multi – colored polka dot partyware that reminded me of colorful gumballs that I used throughout the party. To bring in a whimsical feel I also incorporated pinwheels and lots of bright colored fabrics and patterns.
The good thing about this cartoon is that it is full of colors, so as long as you put everything of colors, arrangements, pendants or some ornament, with the characters, you will have an incredible party.
If you’re having your party inside hang banners, balloons, streamers and posters of the Backyardigans. Or better yet, why not really have it in your backyard, or in a park or soccer field. Award medals and ribbons as prizes for your party games.
Play some fun music and have a dance to show off your best Backyardigans dance moves. Don’t forget about the snack. That’s the most important part! Decorate your “snack” table with a Backyardigans tablecloth with matching plates, cups and napkins. Have the kids wear party hats! To help you further, here is a list of episodes with the snack at the end of each show! Choose one and have it be your theme.

The cake or cupcakes can be as simple as the next one I show you -circular box cake, economical- or that you send it to make. If you want cupcakes, you can cut the characters I show you next and put them in the tops of the cupcakes.

How to download

- Select “Save image as” and Locate where you want it to be saved in your device.
- You can leave it as it is, and open it later when the download is finished.
- Open the file with third party apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Corel Draw and so forth.
For beginner: it’s better for you to use Ms. Word, and it’s capable of doing that flawlessly and there are many features to help you, like inserting text, changing the font styles and so on.
