So I tried to reuse my old layout.

Bad idea.

I just swapped colors and was like “okay this should work now”… and it didn’t.

Okay, printing.

Why is it always… a situation?

I tried to print at home. My printer said “absolutely not today.”

I almost gave up

So I just uploaded the file to Walgreens while I was already out getting milk.

And honestly? Best decision.

If you want thicker cardstock, Staples is good too. But I was already running errands and didn’t feel like making another stop.

Quick Finishing Touches (Nothing Fancy, I Promise)

I kept this super simple.

I thought about adding stickers or wax seals or something Pinterest-y… but yeah, no. Not happening this week.

Still looked cute though. Like, put-together without trying too hard.

I didn’t scroll forever. Just picked a few that felt right:

journal-style → felt the most “real”
darker forest theme → for slightly older kids
brighter one with more yellow → still playful
symbol-heavy design → my kid immediately picked this one
