What I Actually Ended Up Doing in Canva

Not gonna lie… my first invitation looked kind of… muddy.

I had this gorgeous dark ocean background on my screen, and I was SO proud of it.

They’re all fine, honestly—it just depends on what kind of week you’re having.

If I need invitations quickly, Walgreens is usually my go-to.

The 5×7 photo prints are often around twenty cents each when they’re running promotions, and the colors always come out really bright.

If I want them to feel a little fancier, I’ll order cardstock from Staples.

As for paper…

I’m Team Matte.

Every single time.

Glossy is super pretty because the ocean colors really pop, but little fingerprints show up SO fast.

Matte just feels softer, doesn’t glare in photos, and somehow survives sticky kid hands a little better.
